Tiny Blue Sock Class

Learn sock knitting without the commitment.

Have you always wanted to make a pair of socks but felt overwhelmed by the prospect? Are you a strong beginner who can knit and purl well? Then you can make a sock!

In this class we will cover all the techniques needed to create a sock: knitting in the round, dividing for the heel, making a heel flap, doing the oft feared turning of the heel, heel gussets, and finally the toe.

The plan is for you to leave with a tiny sock and the confidence to make the dreaded second sock. Do not fall victim to that particular knitting curse!

Beginning Knitting: Learn the knit stitch

Have you always wanted to learn to knit? Start here!

This welcoming beginner class focuses on the knit stitch only, building confidence and rhythm from the very first row. We will cover: Casting on, the knit stitch, binding off, and how to fix common mistakes.

You will leave with a small, finished mug rug and the skills, yarn, and tools to make more.

Beginning Spinning Class: Drop Spindle

Learn to create your own yarn using a drop spindle

Tap into a skill that is millennia old! Discover the quiet magic of spinning your own yarn.

In this class you will learn about drafting wool for spinning, twist control, park and draft techniques, and spin your first yarn! You will leave understanding not just how to spin, but why yarn behaves the way it does.

Be prepared to make uneven and creative yarn at first.

Project ER

Ack! Where was I? How did I get here? Why do I have 3 needles, strange stitches, holes, a sock that is not socking? What do I do now?

Bring in that pesky project that has been causing you grief and self-doubt.

Project ER is an open, supportive troubleshooting circle where we untangle problems together. whether you are stuck mid-pattern or simply unsure what went wrong, this is a space to pause, assess, and get back on track.

No lectures, No pressure. Just practical help. Because sometimes yarn needs a calm room and another set of eyes.

Format: Drop-in. Bring your project, pattern, and any relevant tools.
